We are not your average training provider. Elevate Inclusion exists to challenge outdated training models and replace them with bold, practical, and inclusive approaches to diversity, equity, inclusion, and intersectionality (DJII). We believe intersectionality isn't an add-on – it's a core part of any ethical and effective practice. And we're here to help your team get it right.

We support workplaces of all shapes and sizes to build a DJII-informed culture – one where everyone is respected, included, and understood. Whether you're a school, university, government department, or business, we'll work with you to develop tailored training that's practical, real, and grounded in lived experience. We help your HR staff build policy and recruitment frameworks that reflect DJII values, and we train frontline staff to work inclusively with clients, customers, or students.

We teach support workers how to show up differently – with awareness, humility, and a commitment to real inclusion. Our sessions are straightforward, reflective, and designed to challenge the 'tick-a-box' mentality that too often plagues the sector.

👋 About Me

Hi, I'm Bailey – founder, consultant, and lead education specialist at Elevate Inclusion.

I bring over two decades of experience in disability advocacy, social work, and education, combined with lived experience as a neurodivergent, wheelchair using, queer, proud Aboriginal non-binary person, who has experience with support work, caring, and parenting disabled children. I've trained support workers, lectured in universities, spoken at corporate events and conferences, and advised governments and peak bodies on how to actually do better.

My work is rooted in intersectionality, social justice, and a no-nonsense commitment to equity. I'm supported by a small, passionate team who share those values and help bring Elevate Inclusion to life.
